About the Game
Snake is ZOQSY's take on the classic grid arcade game, and the second game built on the ZOQSY Engine. Steer your snake around a 20x25 grid, eating food to grow longer and raise your score — each bite also speeds the game up. The run ends the moment you hit a wall or your own body. Your best score is saved on this device, four achievements track real milestones as you play, and you can pause and resume mid-run at any time.
How to Play
Your snake moves continuously in the direction you last chose — use the Arrow Keys or WASD on desktop, or swipe on a touch device, to turn. You can't reverse directly into your own neck. Each piece of food you eat adds a segment, raises your score by one, and speeds the game up slightly. The run ends immediately if your head crosses a wall or touches any part of your own body. Press Escape or P (or the pause button in the top-right corner) to pause mid-run, and resume, restart, or open Settings from there. Your best score is saved automatically on this device.

Gameplay Tips
- Turn a step or two before you actually need to — the snake keeps moving every tick, so a turn queued at the last instant can still clip a wall.
- Hug the edges deliberately rather than drifting into them — a snake that travels in wide loops gives itself more room to react as it gets longer.
- The game speeds up with every food eaten, so plan your route to the next piece of food a couple of moves ahead once you're past the first few bites.
