This is a placeholder terms-of-service page for the current development build of ZOQSY. It is not a final or legally-reviewed agreement.

Permitted use. The site is provided for casual, personal entertainment use. Games and content are intended to be played as presented — not scraped, redistributed, reverse engineered, or used to build a competing catalog.

Game availability. Not every game listed is playable yet — some are clearly marked "Coming Soon" and may change, be delayed, or be removed before release. Even playable games may be updated, temporarily unavailable, or discontinued; availability is not a guarantee.

Intellectual property. The games, artwork, and original content on this site belong to their respective creators and may not be copied or redistributed without permission. The platform does not knowingly host copyrighted third-party material; if that ever changes (see below), rights to that specific content remain with its owner.

Prohibited use. Don't attempt to disrupt the site (including automated scraping or denial-of-service-style traffic), bypass access restrictions, inject malicious content, or use the site in a way that infringes others' rights.

Possible future third-party content. A future version of this platform may embed games or content from third-party providers. Where that happens, those games remain the property of their respective providers and may carry their own additional terms, which will be disclosed at that time.

Changes to the service. Features, games, design, and these terms themselves may change as the platform develops. Material changes will be reflected on this page.

Disclaimer. The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.

Governing law. The jurisdiction and governing law for these terms have not yet been determined and require legal review before launch, along with the legal entity operating the site.
