About the Game
ZOQSY 7X Arena is an original 3D seven-a-side football tournament played in a floodlit stadium. Pick one of eight fictional teams — ZOQSY FC, Atlas Falcons, Neon Wolves, Royal Strikers, Desert Vipers, Thunder United, Crimson Titans or Ocean Phoenix — each with its own kit, crest, president, seven-player squad and playing style, and win a quarter-final, a semi-final and the final; the other matches of the bracket are simulated from the teams' ratings. Every match has its own rules. The players wait behind their goal lines while the ball drops on the centre spot, and the clock starts on the first touch. It begins 1 v 1 plus goalkeepers, and one more outfield player enters for each side every game minute until it is 7 v 7 at minute 5. At minute 17 a gold double-goal ball comes on: every goal counts twice until half-time at minute 20. In the second half the ends change and a giant 3D dice decides whether each side plays with 1, 2 or 3 outfield players plus a keeper until full time at minute 36. Once per match each side's president can stop the game for a President Penalty: the taker starts on the centre spot against the goalkeeper and has five seconds to shoot. A draw goes to a penalty shootout with the same five-second rule, five each and then sudden death, where you shoot on your kicks and dive with your keeper on theirs. You control the player nearest the ball — run, sprint, pass, charge your shots and slide-tackle — while AI team-mates make runs and AI opponents press, intercept and shoot according to their team's style. Every player, crest and president is original to ZOQSY; the game is not affiliated with any real league or club. Your tournament is saved in your browser. How to Play
Choose a team, then press Play on the bracket. When the countdown ends, race for the ball dropped on the centre spot. Move with W A S D or the arrow keys — up always points at the opponent's goal — and hold Shift to sprint. Hold Space to charge a shot and release it; hold left or right as you shoot to aim for a corner. Press K to pass toward the direction you are holding. Without the ball, Space slide-tackles and K or Q switches to the team-mate nearest the ball. Each game minute brings one more player per side until it is 7 v 7; from minute 17 goals count double. At half-time roll the giant dice for the second-half numbers. Press B or the gold button for your President Penalty: dribble at the keeper from the centre spot and shoot within five seconds. Draws go to a shootout: shoot on your kicks, and on theirs move your keeper and press Space to dive. On a touch screen drag on the left half to move and use Shoot, Pass, Run and Swap on the right.

Gameplay Tips
- Win the ball race at kickoff: it is 1 v 1 until the first minute is up.
- Save your President Penalty for the double-goal minutes: a goal from it counts twice.
- A full-power shot is fast but less accurate — pick a corner and use about three-quarter power.
- In a 1 v 1 second half, beat the last defender and the keeper is all that is left.
- Against pressing teams like the Neon Wolves, pass early instead of dribbling.
FAQ
What is ZOQSY 7X Arena?

How does the President Penalty work?
Once per match each side can stop play. The clock pauses, the taker starts on the centre spot against the goalkeeper and has five seconds to shoot. Play then restarts and the clock runs again.
What does the giant dice do?
At the start of the second half it decides how many outfield players each side has until full time: 1, 2 or 3, plus the goalkeepers. Its faces read 1, 2, 3, 1, 2, 3, so each number is equally likely.
What happens in a draw?
A penalty shootout: five kicks each, then sudden death, each with a five-second shot clock. You shoot on your kicks and control your goalkeeper on the opponent's.
Are the teams real?
No. Every team, player, president and crest is original to ZOQSY, and the game is not affiliated with any real league or club.
Is my tournament saved?
Yes, in your browser. If you leave in the middle of a match, that match is not counted and restarts from kickoff when you come back.
