About the Game

Treasure Dig is an original turn-based digging puzzle with 50 levels. Your miner carves tunnels through packed dirt one step at a time to collect every gem in the mine, then climbs out by the ladder — but the mine is full of boulders. A boulder falls the moment the dirt under it is gone, rolls off other boulders and gems, and crushes the miner if it lands on them, although a boulder already resting on the miner's helmet stays put. Push boulders sideways to clear a path, dig supports out in the right order, find keys for locked doors, and drop boulders onto TNT barrels to blast through brick walls. Nothing moves until you do, so every level is a calm puzzle about the order of your moves. Every mine has been solved by a computer search on the game's own rules, so the par shown is the true fewest moves.

How to Play

Move the miner one cell at a time with the arrow keys or WASD, by swiping, or by tapping beside the miner. Moving into dirt digs it away. Collect every gem, then walk onto the ladder to finish — the ladder stays shut until the last gem is in your bag. Boulders fall as soon as the cell beneath them is empty and roll off other boulders and gems. A boulder that falls onto the miner ends the level, but standing directly under a boulder that is already resting on you is safe — it only drops when you step away, into the space you leave. Walk into a boulder from the side to push it, as long as the cell beyond is empty tunnel. Keys open doors, one key per door. A boulder falling onto a TNT barrel sets off a blast that clears everything around it except bedrock, gems and the ladder; make sure you are not standing next to it. Bedrock and brick can't be dug. Undo is free. Finish in the par number of moves for three stars.

Gameplay Tips
