Clear the way out.
Slide cars and trucks out of the way and drive the red car out of a jammed car park — 50 sliding-block puzzle levels.
Parking Escape is an original sliding-vehicle puzzle with 50 handcrafted levels. Each level is a packed city car park seen from above: cars and box trucks are parked nose to tail, and your red car is stuck somewhere in the middle. Every vehicle can only roll forwards or backwards along its own lane, so you have to shuffle the others out of the way, one slide at a time, until the road to the exit is clear. The lots get deeper as you go: concrete barriers, painted one-way lanes that vehicles may only cross in the arrow's direction, boom gates that only lift while a vehicle sits on a pressure pad, bollards that rise and sink with every move, and parking bays where a marked vehicle has to be parked neatly before you leave. The final chapter is pure gridlock on bigger lots. Every level has been solved by a computer search, so the par shown is the true fewest moves, and the solution is checked on the game's own rules.
Your goal is to drive the red car out through the gap in the car park wall. Drag any vehicle forwards or backwards along its lane — vehicles never turn, so cars lying across the board slide left and right and cars lying lengthways slide up and down. A slide of any distance counts as one move. Clear a path to the exit and slide the red car out to finish. Concrete blocks never move. Painted arrows are one-way lanes: a vehicle may only cross them in the arrow's direction. Boom gates stay down unless a vehicle is sitting on a yellow pressure pad. Bollards rise and sink after every move, so the order of your moves matters. On parking levels the vehicle wearing a blue P badge must be parked inside the blue P bay before the red car leaves. Some later levels have a move limit. Use undo freely; finishing in the par number of moves earns three stars.
What is Parking Escape?
Parking Escape is a free sliding-block puzzle on ZOQSY. You slide cars and trucks along their lanes to clear a path and drive the red car out of a crowded car park.
How many levels are there?
50 handcrafted levels in five chapters, from quick warm-up lots to huge gridlocked car parks.
What counts as a move?
Sliding one vehicle any distance along its lane is one move. Undoing a move takes it back.
How do I get three stars?
Escape in the par number of moves — the fewest possible, found by a computer search. Finishing within one and a half times par earns two stars.
How do gates and bollards work?
Boom gates are open only while some vehicle sits on a yellow pad. Bollards rise after every other move, so a lane can be open on one move and blocked on the next.
Can I play on my phone?
Yes — drag vehicles with your finger. The lot scales to fit any screen from a small phone to a desktop monitor.
Is Parking Escape free?
Yes — free in your browser with no download or account. Stars and progress are saved locally in your browser.
